No Refunds on Coaching Plans: Due to the personalised nature of our coaching and consultation services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a coaching plan or consultation package has been purchased.
Appointment Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges. If cancelled within this period, clients may reschedule without additional cost. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will be subject to the full payment of the scheduled service due to the time spent preparing for the session.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will result in the full charge of the service fee.
